       The Beach House villa is located on an elevated landscape; surrounded by large boulders.  This rental villa is just steps away from the swimming beach of Well Bay, Beef Island.

  Enjoy views of the palm-lined beach in front of your covered patio while dining al fresco, or sun bathe around the deck area while enjoying views of the yachts sailing by in the Sir Francis Drake Channel.T

his newly finished two-bedroom villa is comprised of two buildings connected by a large sun-deck. The furnishings are modern, relaxing and quaintly pleasing.  

 The main building opens out to a stunning ocean view by means of two stylish French doors. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, 4 burner Gas stove incorporating a social island with bar stools that connect the kitchen with the living area.

Enjoy open-air dining under the large covered area. The bedroom in the main building has an en-suite bathroom and outdoor stone shower with rain head. Beds can be set as either a King or two Twins - your choice. 

The second bedroom is located just steps away on the deck past the hammock. It features a King bed, also with en-suite bathroom and outdoor stone shower with rain-head. This bedroom has its own mini fridge.

Amenities: A/C in bedroom, sat. TV/DVD/CD in living room, IPOD clock radio, ceiling fans, lighting with dimmers, fully screened windows, room safe, resort robes, BBQ, dedicated phone line.
