The ‘Pool House’ is located along a single lane drive, across from the tranquil beach of Well Bay, Tortola’s East End.
This fully air-conditioned, newly renovated three bedroom villa boasts beautiful views and a private pool with large deck area. The main living area, kitchen and dining area of the villa open to the covered balcony patio - just perfect for outdoor dining and star-gazing. The spacious living room is perfect for entertainment and relaxation.
The open-concept kitchen looks out to the interior dining area where you can admire the amazing views from the garden and the beach up front.
Two bright bedrooms are located on either side of the main living area, each with their own private deck. One with a king bed while the other offers your choice of king or two twin beds. Each bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a rain-head shower. Steps away, connected by a covered walkway, you'll find a large tranquil master suite with private entrance, wet-bar and seating area.
Within the seating area is flat screen TV with DVD and Satellite. From the deck, you can admire the spectacular views of both the pool and ocean.
Pool House accommodates 1 - 6 guests. You may add “Poolside Suite’ for a total of 8 Guests.
Amenities: A/C control in each bedroom and living room, sat. TV/DVD/CD in living room & master suite, ceiling fans, fully screened windows, room safes, resort robes, BBQ, dedicated phone line. Fully equipped kitchen equipped with dishwasher.
The ‘Poolside Suite’ is nestled in the gardens of the main 3-bedroom Pool House with its own private deck and pool entrance. From the private entrance, you enter the sunny living room and kitchenette. The L-shaped kitchen has two bar stools for inside dining or cocktails.
Through a set of French doors is the private patio equipped with a dining table for 4, market umbrella and two lounge chairs. A couple of steps away is access to the pool.
The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with rain-head shower. Poolside Suite is a romantic hideaway accommodating up to 2 guests.

Escort from airport/Road Town ferry dock to Pool House & Poolside Suite upon arrival included. Departure transfers not included.
A 10-night minimum rental is required during the Christmas/New Year period, 5 nights in high season and 3 nights in low season.
