Sample BVI Sailing Itinerary – One Week

Day 1. Board one of many Crewed Yachts, per example Nutmeg in Road Town, Tortola. Set sail at Midday to Norman Island’s Bight. Snorkel at the “Caves” or snorkel at the “Indians”. Eat in local restaurant. There is music from time to time at the Pirates Restaurant.  The WT is a must visit for parting, fun and tropical drinks. Day 2. After a wealth breakfast, your captain will set sail to Manchioneel Bay at Cooper Island . Tie to a mooring ball and eat in the restaurant. Sandy beach here and some beach games. Good snorkeling nearby. Day 3. Your next step it will be a visit to the “Baths” on Virgin Gorda. Explore the trails and grottoes of the beautiful Bath. Depart to North Sound, Gorda Sound, Virgin Gorda. There are many choices of restaurants here.  We would recommend Leverick Bay for one man band pirate show or Saba Rock for a pristine buffet and salad bar. 

Day 4.  Next stop is to explore Marina Cay, home of Pussers Store. Relax under the sandy white shade beach or explore the reef by snorkeling on Diamond Reef.  

Day 5. Next day, sail to Monkey Point for snorkeling (Guana Island). Then sail to Jost Van Dyke. Enjoy coral island of Sandy Spit with nice beach and snorkeling. Visit White Bay JVD and Soggy Dollar bar to enjoy the Best BVI hamburger or the infamous Rum Pain Killers. To overnight a visit to Great Harbor and world famousFoxy’s Bar is a must.  There is music band that Play at Foxys’s bar nightly.  

Day 6.  A Visit to the BVI would make any justice if you don’t visit Peter Island and anchor at Dead Man’s Bay. Beautiful sandy beaches, walking trails, luxurious Spa are many of the amenities that Peter Island has to offer.  Lunch at Peter Island’s Beach restaurant is a lavish experience.

 Day 7. Charter start and finished at mid day Sail back to Yacht charter base. There are a lot of options to enjoy your sailing vacation here in the BVI. The above suggested itinerary is only a simple sample of what you can do while aboard one of our luxuries crewed yachts.
