St Vincent is an island of towering mountains, craggy peaks and lush, green valleys. It is also one of the gateways for crewed yacht vacations and bareboat sailing holidays. The islands of the Grenadines are separated far enough apart to make for some invigorating sailing and exciting shore excursions. The enchanting island of Bequia is an island of sailors and boats and you may well see a wooden craft being built on one of the beaches. You may well visit Palm Island billed as the ‘most beautiful place in the world.’ If you wish to tread in the footsteps of the rich and famous a visit to Mustique would be in order as would a thirst quencher at Basil’s Bar. Canouan, and Union Island are both interesting stops with the latter island having more in the way of facilities – shops, bars and restaurants.

Other jewels in this string of islands include Petit St Vincent and Petit Martinique, both delightful islands with excellent snorkeling. PSV is part of the St Vincent Grenadines and Petit Martinique the last outpost of the southern Grenadines
