Summer Heights is situated on a private residential hillside location with long-distance panoramic views towards St John, Norman Island & Peter Island amongst many other smaller islands.

A broad staircase of Mexican coral tiles leads you to the sunny enclosed courtyard and expansive deck and to the cobalt-blue tiled pool, all overlooking panoramic sea views.

A roofed poolside loggia provides a beautiful setting for casual dining and viewing sunsets, with the adjacent gourmet kitchen and bar immediately at hand.

 Enjoy an early morning sunrise or yachts tacking up the Sir Francis Drake Channel – the views from this villa are simply breathtaking. A stylish curved glass brick wall separates the kitchen from the spacious Great Room. Four very similar bedroom/bath suites on two levels, decorated in ocean pastels, are just along the deck from the Great Room.

 All bedrooms offer teak, 4-poster king beds. The lower suites open onto a semi-shaded deck with double hammock whilst the upper two bedrooms open to private balconies.

All bedroom suites have ocean views. Summer Heights is a relaxed and restful villa with many enhanced amenities such as a gourmet kitchen, an inter-villa intercom, welcome bar, a high-speed ADSL line and a full diesel standby generator.

The villa owner’s accommodation is tucked away on the lower eastern side of the property completely separate from the villa’s amenities ensuring you of privacy at all times.

Barry & Roz also own a 72′ yacht, Endless Summer II, which can be chartered at a discounted rate if booking Summer Heights.

A Private Secluded Rental Villa on the Steele Point Estate Peninsula in West End, Tortola, British Virgin Islands

This home features open-air Mediterranean architecture which showcases living and dining areas on two levels. Enjoy Gestalts pool and deck area set on the Cliffside overlooking the Caribbean Sea below, or you can walk down to the villa’s private path to an ocean side dock ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and even snorkeling.

Gestalt is masterfully designed to combine maximum livability with unparalleled privacy. Gestalt is welcoming with its open air Caribbean living and flavor. Gestalt’s four bedrooms, all with a private bath, are located adjacent to the living area. The bedroom wing has been newly remodeled and each room has a private outdoor shower overlooking the villa’s manicured gardens and the tranquil Caribbean Sea.

All four bedrooms are on the upper level to the left of the courtyard, while the kitchen, primary dining area and a lanai (indoor/outdoor room) are on the upper level on the other side of the courtyard. The large, open living area is a half level below the lanai and the dining room. The pool and spacious pool deck are on the lower level and are accessed by stone steps. The best swimming however, is a few levels below your fresh water pool just a few step away there is a salt water pool.

Villa Jacaranda – West End, Tortola British Virgin Islands 

Jacaranda, the luxury contemporary villa situated within the exclusive gated Dolphin Estate near Tortola’s beautiful Soper’s Hole anchorage in the BVI.

 This four-bedroom rental home is not only extremely comfortable but also artfully decorated with contemporary Caribbean artwork and antiques with a true West Indian flair.  

As you enter the spacious Great Room, wide French doors greet you with blue Caribbean Sea views of Sir Francis Drake Channel, St. John and outlying islands.

The L- shaped verandah has a dining table, cozy chairs and a hammock; and on the other side, the swimming pool beckons, making this area one of the most favorite at Jacaranda. The kitchen is superb, completely equipped with state of the art appliances and quality cookware, and beyond in the garden alcove there’s an umbrella table and gas grill.  

A tiled staircase leads to Jacaranda’s garden level and to three air-conditioned bedroom suites with verandahs and more Caribbean views. Each suite is attractively decorated with an artistic mix of pleasing styles, with added punches of Caribbean colors in fabrics, throw rugs and original island artwork. 

Just below via exterior steps is Jacaranda’s fourth air-conditioned bedroom/bath suite, a smaller, very private getaway on the lower level. It boasts an exotic alfresco shower and a private patio just outside. This room is ideally designed for teens or grandparents as it has privacy away from the main accommodations. It has comfortable amenities such as its own fridge, TV etc.

Amenities Living room has TV/ DVD/CD player + VCR. Garden Level bedrooms each have cable TV with DVD/CD player + VCR, + Lower Level 4th bedroom has cable TV + CD player only. Toa-Toa House Villa for rental, Tortola

A broad staircase leads to the enclosed sunny courtyard overlooks sweeping sea vista of the Sir Frances Drakes channel.

The great room is centrally located into the courtyard with Toa-Toa’s master bedroom en suite bathroom directly above.

 The master bedroom is complemented by an indoor/outdoor garden shower and a romantic four-poster bed.

A poolside roofed dining loggia provides a beautiful setting for casual dining located at  one end of the pool deck; it adjoins a country-style kitchen, with a billiard room just next door.

There is another king bedroom suit on the opposite end of the yard; the third and fourth king bedroom suites are in two additional buildings accessible by steps from the pool deck.

All four bedrooms are fully air conditioned, with extended private veranda, and thoughtfully decorated with Indonesia accents and soft fabrics to provide complete tranquility and sense of relaxation.

Each bedroom has its own individual mini-fridge, and a private covered balcony. A car rental is a must.
