After graduation from Law degree in Scotland, Chef Philippa moved to Portugal and worked for a couple of seasons in a shore-based dive centre where she honed her underwater skills and found her sea legs. The next obvious step was a long passage to the warm waters of the Caribbean, where she spent the next over a year working as a Dive Instructor alongside six other crew members on a 105 FT luxury sailing yacht. Pippa as I called her is an experience chef that adapts her meals and menu plans to ensure delicious creative gourmet temptations suited to each guest’s dietary needs or preferences. Philippa trained at the Ashburton Chef Academy in southern England.
