We offer:
- Hiring and supervision of staff such a maids, chefs, baby sitters, gardeners etc.
- Supervision of contractors working on the property, bill payments
- Coordination of building and grounds maintenance
- Arranging all other contractual services
- Arranging for the purchase of equipment and supplies , including pool maintenance
- Receive and respond to correspondence with Owners
- Ensure that by-law's, rules and regulations are enforced
- Arrange for property appraisal and review of building insurance
- Maintain a 24 hour emergency answering service
- Management of villa booking calendar and greeting guests
- Maintain a registry of all guests
- Maintain all administrative records as required under the Real Estate Act of the British Virgin Islands
- Receive, record and deposit maintenance fees and other charges
- Pay all invoices
- Provide all payroll services and make necessary government remittances
- Maintain bank accounts and prepare bank reconciliations
- Provide monthly Operating Statements
- Photocopies of paid invoices
- Maintain all accounting records
- Scheduled maintenance and repairs
- Hurricane preparation.
