To extend and enhance your vacation here in the beautiful British Virgin islands, we offer a Stay & Sail option combining the personal charm and unsurpassed views of the luxury villa, Summer Heights, and the thrills of the sailing yacht 72’ Endless Summer II.
Summer Heights is nestled some 500 feet above sea level at Havers on the southern coast of Tortola. The views overlooking the Sir Francis Drake Channel and neighboring islands are breathtaking. This peaceful setting, cooled by constant trade winds, is the perfect place to unwind and explore Tortola in the days before or after joining your yacht.
From a central courtyard, wrapping around the swimming pool, the tiled deck leads to 4 guest suites with queen size beds. Two bedrooms are located at deck level and two bedrooms are above with their own balconies.
The lounge, with its comfortable furnishings, has a comprehensive library of cruising guides and books of local knowledge to whet your appetite for the cruise ahead. Dining is on a covered patio, with a fully stocked bar close by.
Summer Heights, a spectacular vacation villa, is a tribute to postmodern Caribbean architecture, combining a line of symmetry that points to the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea below. Summer Heights Villas offer a private swimming pool, immaculate kitchen, comfortable living room and four bedroom suites with views.
Endless Summer II has 4 equal guest staterooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, equipped with basin, toilet (head) and separate shower compartment. All staterooms offer adequate closet and drawer storage for your belongings"Endless Summer II" is beautifully finished throughout in rubbed effect teak and deep pile carpeting. Each stateroom has its own air-conditioning unit with controls and US style 110v outlets for hairdryers, razors and battery chargers.
The main salon has an expanse of cushioned leather seating for relaxation and a table which, when extended, comfortably accommodates 10 adults.
The bar is fully equipped with a blender and ice maker. There is a stereo system with salon and deck speakers, a video player, a color TV, a selection of board-games and a book, video tape and CD music library.
For sunbathing, Endless Summer offers large cushioned area forward of the cockpit and three pads that can be used anywhere around the deck. The huge covered cockpit, which we use for breakfast and lunch, has ample seating, a built-in cooler and side curtains for inclement weather.
There is further cushioned seating around the aft rail and steps leading to a swim platform. The BBQ, outside freshwater shower and hammock are also located on the aft deck.
