The Terms and Conditions of the villa rental will be considered binding from the time that SunFunBVI Vacations receives your deposit. With your deposit SunFunBVI Vacations take for granted thatyou have acknowledged the Terms & Conditions and Vacations Rental Lease of the villa rental and that you accept and agree to any limitations, requisites and conditions.Please do not hesitate to ask any questions or queries that you may have before sending your payment. In order to guarantee your villa reservation you must send 50% US dollars deposit of the rental value within 10 workings days of booking. This is payable by wire transfer, Money-order or by credit card. Administration charges were created to cover banking fees & costs. 1. A set fee of $15.00 for wire transfer 2. 3. Money order | In order to guarantee your yacht reservation you must send 50% (Us Dollars Only) deposit of the booking rate within 7 workings days unless vacation dates are more than 6 months from the signing of this booking, in which case 25% deposit is due at the time of signing and another 25% deposit is due 6 months in advance of the sailing holiday.Balance is due 45 days prior to the starting date. Payments are to be made to SunFunBVIVacations. This is payable by wire transfer or Credit Card. If you wish to wire the deposit please email us for wire transfer details. If we do not receive the deposit within
the allotted time we will assume that you do not wish to complete and finalize your booking and therefore will immediately cancel the holding. |
CANCELLATION POLICY
On receipt of your deposit your reservation is confirmed. If the reservation is cancelled we will look into the cancellation policy of the villa you’re renting. Standard cancellations term varies from villa to villa. Please inquire regarding your rental. | CANCELLATION ( Crewed Yacht ) If you decide or have to cancel the reservation, refund will be made to you if the yacht can be re-booked for the same term; or a pro rata refund if re-hired for part of the same term. If for some reason the yacht cancels (mostly impossible mechanical break downs) all payments made will be refunded less broker commission. SunFunBVI Vacation will work with standard cancellations terms and policies from the crewed or bareboat yacht booked. Bareboats Cancellations are subject to the charges that vary from Charter Companies. Some companies will deduct administration fee from the deposit monies. Alternatively, the Charterer may reschedule for a future date, without penalty in few cases. |
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A damage deposit varies from villa to villa. Typically a charge of $300 is payable together with the final balance. This sum will be refunded to you within 6 weeks of the date of the end of your stay, providing the property is left in an acceptable condition and there are no outstanding amounts payable. If there are outstanding items such as long distance telephone calls made during the duration of your stay, the property is left exceptionally dirty (requiring extra cleaning) or any other items the amount will be deducted from the damage deposit and the remainder, if any, will be returned to you. | DAMAGE DEPOSIT

LIABILITY
SunFunBVI Vacations is acting as agent for the property and therefore accepts no liability for any
loss, damage, injury or death that may result to any person or property by or from any cause
whatsoever due to the guests use of the said property or any equipment in the said property. SunFunBVI Vacations also accepts no liability for any accident, delay or irregularity occurring in the act of conveying passengers to or from their villa by independent transportation operators. This can be taken to include taxis, hire cars, ferries and airlines.
The guest is also responsible for the property for the duration of their stay. The guest must ensure all
doors and windows are locked if the property is left unattended and that they have secured any
personal property. Guests are also asked to observe any warnings or cautions as outlined by the
property representative on arrival at the destination. | LIABILITY

MAINTENANCE / RESPONSABILITY
SunFunBVI Vacations makes every effort to ensure that the property and appliances are in working
order. If a maintenance issue does occur every effort will be made to repair the issue as soon as
possible after the problem has been reported. We appreciate any problems being reported immediately
using the 24 hr telephone numbers as explained in your orientation. It is the responsibility of the guest
to report any issue immediately. SunFunBVI Vacations , will not, however, provide any compensation for failure
of devices or services such as electricity supply, telephone service, water, pool filtration systems, hot
tubs, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances etc.
| RESPONSIBILITY The CHARTERERS agree to be accountable for and to replace or make good any damage to the yacht, her furnishings or equipment caused by themselves or by any member of the party, through careless, abuse or neglect. |
NO PETS
The guest may not bring any pet or animal to the property without prior permission of SunFunBVI Vacations.A written confirmed consent must be present at the time of your arrival. If any evidence is found of an animal or pet being on the premises during the guests’ stay the guest will be asked to leave the property with
immediate effect. The entire rent and damage deposit will also be retained | PETS ON BOARD A few crewed yachts do have pets on board. |
CLEANING/ SERVICES
Our properties are cleaned and prepared before your arrival. Some properties offer maid service( basic service - will cover changing bed linen and towels, and cleaning bedrooms,
bathrooms, kitchen and other communal areas). We also offer extra services such as chef, babysitting and personallaundry. Please inquire. | CLEANING / SERVICES
All yachts are cleaned and geared upfor your arrival. The crewed yacht service is of a first class standard. DRUGS & HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Guests are forbidden from bringing illegal drugs and hazardous materials. VILLA ENTRY
SunFunBVI Vacations reserves the right to enter the property to provide any repairs or maintenance that is deemed necessary. Some of the properties are on the market for sale. Hence, rights are also reserved to enter theproperty to conduct a viewing at a prearranged time convenient for the guests.
| BOARDING Bareboats - The briefing and check in process will include: Yacht inventory check & systems briefing , Chart briefing, unpacking provisions . Charter begins at 12 noon . Crewed yachts- boarding at 12 noon |

QUIET ENJOYMENT AND PARTIES
Most of the properties are situated in residential areas. The atmosphere of thearea must be adhered to by the guests. SunFunBVI Vacations wish to retain a family atmosphere. Please ask when reserving a property if you do wish to be in a livelier area as wecan assist you to find a property that is moresuited to your requirements. | QUIET ENJOYMENT AND PARTIES

NUMBER OF GUESTS
the total number of guest allowed in the property is restricted to the number that have been paid for and scheduled for. This is based on 2 persons sharing one bedroom. If the group has been
misrepresented in any way the difference in rates is payable immediately or the guests will be immediately evicted with no refund.

SUBSTITUTION
In the event of a property becomingunavailable for the guests due to the sale of the property, the property having an irrevocable maintenance issue or being deemed so by SunFunBVI Vacations. We reserve the right to substitute with comparable or upgraded accommodation for the durationof the stay, providing the rate is the equivalentof the original property. | |
